For PSS, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) means managing our business responsibly and sensitively for long-term success.

As part of our CSR, PSS strives to fulfill its duties and responsibilities as a responsible corporate citizen, ensuring that our behavior reflects a genuine concern for our stakeholders, partners, community, and the environment where we live and work. This includes being able to operate workplaces that are safe and healthy, to ensure that the environments in which we work remain ecologically sound and sustainable, and to ensure that the communities in which we operate derive real social and economic benefits from our presence.

PSS's areas of focus in the field of CSR encompass ethics and good governance, occupational health, and safety (including HIV/Aids), humane labor practices, environmental matters, and human rights.
